Getting Weaker

Hi all, Newbie here from UK. I have been doing bodyweight now for over a year. My exercise routine is 2 cycles of pushup , pullups, pistol squats and then shoulder presses. I am getting stronger on legs and shoulders, but for some reason I am getting weaker on push ups and pull ups ? I only work out twice a week of these exercises. So I can not be over working.
